All of our animals are from our own production, raised on the farm with our own fodder and our cereals without GMO, according to the tradition and in the respect of the environment: veal, beef, pork, poultry, cold meats, dairy products.

Free-range poultry farming: chickens, turkeys, capons, guinea fowls.
Breeding of milk-fed calves raised under the mother, farm pigs raised on straw.
Beef and heifers crossed with Aquitaine blonde. Meat sold vacuum-packed, in package or retail.
Cold meats: terrines, quenelles, white ham, diots... without preservatives.
Farm yoghurts, white cheeses, white tommes and raw milk.
